Wednesday Sept 2nd, 5:30-7:00pm
Are you looking to get involved in behavioral health advocacy and promoting recovery? Well September is National Recovery Month and there’s no time like the present!
Join us for a (virtual) orientation to the Washington Recovery Alliance and the work of our 9 regional recovery coalition across the state to change public understanding about substance use recovery and mental health, and advance pro-recovery policies in Washington. This is a great opportunity to meet other recovery advocates and make new connections. You’ll leave this orientation with an understanding of the WRA’s work, what advocacy opportunities lie ahead, and how YOU can get involved in making change.
Networking, Q&A from 6:30-7:00pm
